We LOVED this house! It had all the things both inside and out. We have been traveling to the Caribbean for the last 20 years and this is a top 10 place to stay - really in the top 3!
Chillin at the Villa
Returning to VSP each day was its own treat. Several days just chillin' at the Villa was perfect family fun! We are already planning our next trip to St. John and Villa South Palm!
Our "HAPPY" Place
Your home has been our home on St. John over four visits going back to 2008. We cannot express how much we love Villa South Palm, our "HAPPY" Place.

We have been coming to VSP for several years and are pleased to see the recent enhancements to the property! Always love having breakfast on the porch and then heading off to our favorite beaches.

Each day a different beach and a new adventure filled with laughter and fun! The Villa is amazing and we hope to return again. Sunsets were amazing each night. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely Villa
Had a great stay at Villa South Palm. The rooms were fabulous, the kitchen well stocked, and the view never got old. Property management is very good as well. Always available to answer a question. Great choice for a family.
Amaaaaazzzzing!
This property was over the top - my kids enjoyed and we were very relaxed by the time we left!
