Villa South Palm is a luxury villa in the exclusive gated community of Virgin Grand Estates, an upscale neighborhood of multi-million dollar vacation homes on St. John’s spectacular Southwest Shore. Breathtaking natural beauty surrounds this four bedroom, four and a half bath home. The Villa rests on a hillside, so panoramic views and magnificent sunsets are plentiful.
The Villa is a model of classic Mediterranean style with beamed cathedral ceilings, coral stone floors, Doric columns, and French doors. Rich, warm colors and tastefully selected decor complement the grand views of Great Cruz Bay, the Caribbean Sea, St. Thomas, and smaller Caribbean islands. The spacious veranda and sun terrace make the perfect spot to curl up with a good book in the sunshine or share cocktails while watching the sunset.

The Guest Book
As always the views and amenities are un-matched.
We even brought some "newby's" who are already planning their next stay. We spent many days snorkeling and beaching in the morning and chilling pool side in the afternoons. We look forward to future stays and time spent in this beautiful home.
The house had more than we could need
We took advantage of the tumblers on our charter by filling them with adult beverages → good day for sure :) Also, enjoyed the abundance of games & books. It was a wonderful week & our family looks forward to staying in your home again!
Everything was top-notch!
Our family woke up every morning to coffee on the porch and spent our evenings soaking in the sunset views by the pool. Thank you for having such a well stocked and spotless home for us to enjoy. Villa South Palm is a dream and we hope to come back for another visit soon.

Returning to VSP each day was its own treat. Several days just chillin' at the Villa was perfect family fun! We are already planning our next trip to St. John and Villa South Palm!

Lovely Villa
Had a great stay at Villa South Palm. The rooms were fabulous, the kitchen well stocked, and the view never got old. Property management is very good as well. Always available to answer a question. Great choice for a family.
